Ingredients

  • 30 g green chillies (remove stems)
  • 12 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tsp jeera (none)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (none)
  • 26 g roasted salted peanuts (none)
  • 3 tbsp refined oil (none)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add green chilies, garlic, jeera, salt, roasted peanuts, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now roast the spices

Select "Roasting" mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 110°C and the time to 15 minutes. The device will automatically stir and roast the spices.

The device will now make the Thecha

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically grind the roasted spices into a paste for 20 seconds at speed 12, followed by 10 seconds at speed 10, then another 10 seconds at speed 11 with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140. Ensure the "Making Thecha" mode is selected.

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. The Thecha is ready for storage in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
