Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Green Chilli (remove), 6 cloves Garlic (peeled), 4 g Ginger (peeled), and 1 piece Onion (cutTwo) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 100 g Potato (trim) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the potatoes at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 tsp Turmeric, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.25 tsp Hing, 0.75 tsp Coriander Leaves, 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder, and 50 ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook everything together at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
Garnish with 2 stems Coriander Leaves. The Aloo Methi is ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
