Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 pieces Dried Red Chilli (whole)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (quartered)
  • 90 g Onion (quartered)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (measured)
  • 0.75 tsp Vinegar (measured)
  • 0.5 tsp Dark Soy Sauce (measured)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (measured)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (measured)
  • 2 packets Wai Wai Noodles (broken)
  • 360 ml Water (measured)
  • 10 g Butter (cubed)
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • 4 g Spring Onion Green (chopped)

Instructions

Add fresh ingredients to jar

Add the peeled garlic, green chilli, dried red chillies, quartered onion, capsicum, and refined oil into The Upliance jar.

The device will now chop and sauté

The Upliance will automatically chop the vegetables. It will then switch to sauté mode on high heat for 3 minutes, stirring automatically to brown the aromatics.

Add sauces and noodles

Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt, water, butter, and broken noodles. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes until the noodles are tender.

The dish is ready

Open the lid and transfer the noodles to a serving bowl. Garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onion greens before serving.
