Ingredients

  • 150g soaked peanuts
  • 400ml water
  • 0.5 tsp refined oil
  • 1 green chili (remove stem)
  • 3g ginger (peeled)
  • 5 curry leaves (rootCut)
  • 0.25 tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.5 tsp jeera
  • 0.5 tsp hing
  • 0.5 tsp grated coconut
  • 10 coriander leaves (wash)
  • 1 dried red chili (remove stem)
  • 2 tbsp salt

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add peanuts and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now pressure cook at 100°C for 15 minutes.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

Add oil, green chili, ginger, and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until fragrant. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

Repeat the above

Add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, grated coconut, coriander leaves, and red chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 100°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Add salt.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and combine all ingredients. Remove from jar and serve.
