Ingredients

  • 100 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 stems Curry Leaves (rootCut)
  • 1.5 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 225 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 20 leaves Coriander Leaves (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 25 g Grated Coconut
  • 10 g Pomegranate Pearls (peeled)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add soaked moong dal, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, and carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "chop" mode at 20°C for 15 seconds. The device will automatically chop the ingredients.

The device will now cook the tadka

Add mustard seeds, hing, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "sauté" mode at 90°C for 10 seconds. The device will automatically stir and sauté the tadka.

Combine and finish

Add the cooked tadka to the chopped vegetables in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add refined oil, grated coconut, and pomegranate pearls. Select "mix" mode at 20°C for 5 seconds. The device will automatically mix all ingredients.
