Ingredients

  • 90 g Onion (roughly cut)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 pieces Tomato (quartered)
  • 30 g Beetroot (peeled and cut)
  • 30 g Carrot (chopped)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 30 g Flour mix (Rice, Corn, or Besan)
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh Cream (optional)
  • 1.5 tbsp Butter (optional)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add 90g onions and 10 peeled garlic cloves to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is secured properly.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will automatically chop the ingredients and sauté them on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, water, spices, and flour mix to the jar. The Upliance will cook everything on medium heat for 15 minutes and automatically blend the soup to a smooth texture.

The dish is ready

The soup is now creamy and cooked. Pour into bowls, stir in optional cream and butter, and serve hot with toasted bread.
