  • 200 g Melted Chocolate (melted)
  • 60 g Paneer
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder (ground)
  • 120 g Milk Chocolate (chopped)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 200g melted chocolate, 60g paneer, 0.5 tsp vanilla essence, and 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now mix ingredients

Select "mix" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically mix the ingredients at a speed of 2 for 15 seconds, followed by speed 12 with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees for 15 seconds. Maintain a temperature of 20°C.

Add chocolate and continue mixing

Add 120g chopped milk chocolate to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Repeat the mixing process: Select "mix" mode. The device will automatically mix the ingredients at speed 2 for 15 seconds, followed by speed 12 with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees for 15 seconds. Maintain a temperature of 20°C. The device will automatically stir for an additional 1 hour and 10 minutes (4200 seconds).

The mousse is ready

Once the mixing is complete, refrigerate the mousse in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 1 hour (3600 seconds). The Chocolate Truffle Mousse is ready to serve.
