Ingredients

  • 150 g Chickpea (washed)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Chole Masala
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tbsp Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 5 g Ginger (peel)
  • 1.5 piece Tomato (cutFour)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 150g washed chickpeas, 400ml water, 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp hing, 0.25 tsp jeera, 1 cut onion, 0.25 tsp turmeric, 0.5 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp chole masala, 0.75 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tbsp green chilli, 10 peeled garlic cloves and 5g peeled ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.

The device will now cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 30 seconds at 100°C. Then it will proceed to cook the onions and tomatoes for 5 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring and scraping.

Add boiled chickpeas and cook

Add the pre-boiled chickpeas and 80ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook the chole with the gravy for 35 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 1 tbsp ghee and 5 minced stems of coriander. The Palak Chole Curry is ready to serve. Enjoy!
