Add 150g washed chickpeas, 400ml water, 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp hing, 0.25 tsp jeera, 1 cut onion, 0.25 tsp turmeric, 0.5 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp chole masala, 0.75 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tbsp green chilli, 10 peeled garlic cloves and 5g peeled ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.

Add the pre-boiled chickpeas and 80ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook the chole with the gravy for 35 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.
