  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Onion (remove)
  • 3 g Garlic (peel)
  • 30 g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 40 g French Beans (wash)
  • 40 g Frozen Peas (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Puliogare Powder
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 10 g Roasted Peanut
  • 0.5 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Hing, Curry Leaves, White Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Green Chilli, Onion, Garlic and Carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Sauté aromatics

The device will now sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring using TAT heating mode. Add French Beans and Frozen Peas.

Cook Upma

Add Water, Tamarind Paste, Salt, Puliogare Powder, Roasted Peanut and Ghee to the jar. The device will cook the upma at 95°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring using TAT heating mode. Add Roasted Suji.

The dish is ready

Garnish with Coriander Leaves. The Puli (Tamarind) Upma is ready to serve.
