Ingredients

  • 140 ml Water
  • 3 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2.5 tsp Tata Chakra Gold (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Wagh Bakri (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp 3 Roses Natural Care (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Red Label Natural Care (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Tata Gold (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Brooke Bond Red Label (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Tata Premium (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Tata Kanan Devan (powder)
  • 2.5 tsp Tata Agni (powder)
  • 250 g Packet Milk
  • 2.5 tsp Taj Mahal (powder)
  • 3 g Ginger (Peeled & Grated)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add water, green cardamom powder, and tea powders to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now boil the tea

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically boil the mixture at 80°C for 5 minutes using PID control with a speed of 13. Automatic stirring is not required during this step.

Add milk and spices

Add milk, grated ginger, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will then mix at 20°C for 10 minutes and then heat to 90°C for 1 minute. Stirring will be at a speed of 4 with a duty of 6 and an angle of 140 degrees.

The Chai is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will then cycle through a series of heating and mixing steps (see original recipe for details) to achieve the desired chai consistency. Pour out tea and serve as shown in the original recipe.
