Add diced potatoes and water to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the potatoes.

Add onion, ginger, and green chilli to the jar; the device will chop them. Then add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, soaked chana dal, turmeric, salt, and the boiled potatoes. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes with automatic stirring.
