Ingredients

  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 75 g Capsicum (cut into quarters)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (none)
  • 160 g Pasta - Fusilli (none)
  • 350 ml Water (none)
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (none)
  • 1 tsp Salt (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (none)
  • 280 g TetraPak Milk (none)
  • 280 g Packet Milk (none)
  • 50 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 80 g Cream (none)
  • 10 pieces Black Olives (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes (none)
  • 6 g Cheese Cube (grated)

Instructions

Add aromatics and vegetables to jar

Add peeled garlic, green chilli, and capsicum pieces to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is secured for the cutting process.

The device will now cut and sauté ingredients

The device will chop the vegetables. Add olive oil to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the mixture on high heat for 1 minute.

Repeat the above for main cooking

Add pasta, water, both milk types, corn flour, butter, cream, sweet corn, and spices to The Upliance jar. The device will cook everything on medium heat for approximately 15 minutes with automatic stirring until the sauce thickens.

The dish is ready

Open the lid and serve the hot pasta into a bowl. Garnish with sliced black olives, chilli flakes, and grated cheese.
