Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1.5 piece Onion (cut in two)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala (none)
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi (none)
  • 70 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 120 g Cream (none)
  • 70 ml Water (none)
  • 3 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Prepare the aromatics

Add onions, green chilli, garlic, and ginger to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables, then prompt you to add oil and jeera. It will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 3 minutes.

Process the mushrooms

Add the washed button mushrooms to The Upliance jar. The device will now cut the mushrooms and cook them with the aromatic base on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Simmer the gravy

Add salt, garam masala, kasoori methi, frozen peas, cream, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the gravy on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring continuously to create a rich texture.

Serve the dish

The dish is ready. Transfer the Matar Malai Mushroom to a serving bowl, garnish with minced coriander leaves, and serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
