Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 12 Baby Potatoes
  • 0.25 tsp Green Chilli
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 40 g Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 220 g Boiled Potatoes

Instructions

Add aromatics and potatoes to jar

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Onion (cutTwo), 0.25 tsp Green Chilli, 0.25 tsp Garlic (remove), 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 40 g Tomato (cutTwo), 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala, 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 100°C for 30 seconds.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the ingredients for 180 seconds at 95°C.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 12 Baby Potatoes, 0.25 tsp Jeera, 220 g Boiled Potatoes and 80 ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince). Mix once with a spatula before serving. The Dum Aloo is ready.
