Upma, uppumavu or uppittu is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, most common in the southern states as breakfast, cooked as a thick porridge using Foxtail Millets

Add water, oil, salt, green chili, french beans, garlic, turmeric, spinach, onion, barnyard millets, jeera, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sweet corn, and carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the ingredients in the jar. Select the "Cooking Millets" preset (refer to recipe for specific temperature and time settings; approximately 95°C for 10 minutes then 95°C for 180 minutes; automatic stirring).
Remove the lid and sauté aromatics in The Upliance 2.0 jar by selecting the "Sautéing Aromatics" preset (approximately 100°C for 30 minutes; automatic stirring). Then, add the prepared Hariyali paste and continue sautéing for another 180 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring
Once the cooking cycle is complete, the Hariyali Millet is ready. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and ensure even cooking. Garnish as desired.
