    Ingredients

    • 200 g Cauliflower (trimmed florets)
    • 65 g Refined Flour (Maida) (sieved)
    • 4 tbsp Corn Flour (divided use)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli
    • 50 g Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 2 tbsp Spring Onion bulbs (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 2 tsp Vinegar
    • 0.25 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    • 230 g Refined Oil (for frying)
    • 2 stems Spring Onion Greens (finely chopped)

    Instructions

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add green chilli, peeled garlic, and ginger garlic paste to The Upliance jar.

      The device will now chop and sauté

      The device will chop the aromatics. Add chopped spring onion bulbs, oil, red chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce. The Upliance will sauté the sauce base on low heat for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Add fried cauliflower and mix

      Fry the batter-coated cauliflower in a separate pan. Add the fried cauliflower and corn flour slurry to the jar. The device will mix and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the florets.

      The dish is ready

      The Gobhi Manchurian is ready. Garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
