Ingredients

  • 65 g refined flour (sieved)
  • 3 tbsp corn flour (measured)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tbsp dark soy sauce (measured)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (measured)
  • 150 ml water
  • 200 g cauliflower (trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp spring onion green (finely chopped)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add refined flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, dark soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically mix the ingredients to create the batter.

The device will now prepare the sauce

Select the "Cooking Sauce" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cook the sauce at 95°C for 120 seconds using automatic stirring.

Add cauliflower and cook

Add trimmed cauliflower to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Gobhi Manchurian" preset. The device will cook at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring and a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, garnish with finely chopped spring onion green. The Gobhi Manchurian is ready to serve.
