Add coriander seeds, ginger, dried red chilli, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, brown sugar, peanut butter, and 10 cloves of garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will now blend the ingredients at speed 12 for 10 seconds to create a fine curry paste.
Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 15 cloves of peeled garlic, 2g peeled onion, 10 stems of root-cut coriander leaves, 0.5 piece cut capsicum, 50g washed button mushrooms and 20g cut broccoli to the Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes 14 seconds with automatic stirring. Add store-bought Penang Curry Paste, 0.75 tsp sugar, 0.25 tsp dark soy sauce, 0.25 tsp powdered basil, 10 washed basil leaves, 200g coconut milk and 40ml water.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the curry at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. The dish is ready to be served with rice. Garnish with lemon juice.
