Ingredients

  • 100 g Cauliflower (cut and washed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Tomato (halved)
  • 120 g Potato (peeled)
  • 30 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 60 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 150 g Spinach (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • Spices: Pav Bhaji Masala, Turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Amchur, Salt
  • 300 ml Water
  • 30 g Butter
  • Pav buns (for serving)
  • Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add cauliflower, onion, garlic, green chilli, tomato, potato, carrot, peas, and spinach to The Upliance jar.

The device will now chop the aromatics and vegetables, then sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add spices and cook

Add oil, butter, water, and all spices to the jar. The Upliance will cook and mash the bhaji on medium heat for 20 minutes until creamy and vibrant green.

The dish is ready. Garnish with chopped onions, fresh coriander, and extra butter. Serve hot with roasted pav.
