Add spaghetti and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the pasta cooking setting at 95°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring. Repeat the boiling and stirring process twice more, each time for 4 minutes for perfect al dente pasta, then stir for 5 minutes on classic mode at 20°C.
Strain the pasta and add it to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 80g pasta water, olives and parmesan cheese. The Upliance 2.0 will now emulsify the sauce at 20°C for 180 seconds at speed 6, followed by 60 seconds at speed 12 with automatic scraping.
The Upliance 2.0 will mix the pasta and sauce at 95°C for 60 seconds at speed 14 using automatic stirring. Garnish with black pepper and serve immediately.
