  • 15 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 12 leaves basil (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 600 ml water
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tbsp lemon juice (squeeze)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • 1 tbsp butter

Add pasta and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Pasta" setting at 95°C for 13 minutes (780 seconds) with automatic stirring. The device will automatically boil the pasta.

Mix and finish

Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Mixing Pasta" setting at 20°C for 5 minutes (300 seconds) with automatic stirring at speed 1, stir duty 6, and stir angle 140 degrees. The device will mix the pasta with the sauce.
