Ingredients

  • 40 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 20 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 pieces Onion (halved)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 500 g Chicken Drumsticks (washed)
  • 500 g Chicken Curry Cut (washed)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 70 g Curd
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Prepare the green paste

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, green chilli, and onion to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the aromatics and herbs automatically to create the flavor base.

Sauté the chicken

Add refined oil to the jar. The device will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and let The Upliance sauté them with the green paste on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Simmer the curry

Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, and curd. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring consistently to ensure the chicken is tender and the yogurt-based gravy is smooth.

Serve the dish

The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves, and serve hot with rice or roti.
