Add washed chicken, chopped onions, minced ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Aachi Chicken Masala, Kashmiri Mirch, salt, and curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Marinate" mode at 20°C for 3600 seconds (1 hour). Note that overnight marinating is recommended for optimal flavor.
