    Ingredients

    • 480 g Chicken Curry Cut (washed)
    • 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
    • 30 g Curd
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 4 pieces Green Chilli (chopped)
    • 10 g Chicken Masala
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 3 units Clove
    • 1 unit Bay Leaf
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

    Instructions

      Marinate and add aromatics

      In a bowl, marinate chicken with curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices for 1 hour. Add mustard oil, bay leaf, cloves, and sugar to The Upliance jar.

      The device will chop and sauté

      Add peeled garlic, ginger, and green chilies to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables and then sauté the aromatics on medium heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Add chicken and cook

      Add the marinated chicken and powdered spices (Chicken Masala, Kashmiri Mirch) to the jar. The device will slow cook the curry on low heat for 40 minutes, stirring intermittently to develop the rich flavor.

      The dish is ready

      The Chicken Kosha is cooked. Add ghee and chopped coriander leaves to The Upliance jar for a final mix. Serve hot with Roti or Basanti Pulao.
