Add 100g Paneer (cut), 0.75 tsp Kasoori Methi, 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder, 0.5 tsp Cream, 0.5 tsp Ghee, 12 pieces Green Chilli, 0.5 tsp Curd, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Sugar, and 0.5 tsp Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the gravy at 95°C for 600 seconds with automatic stirring. Add blade cover to prevent paneer from crumbling. Then stir at speed 7 for 5 seconds at 20°C. Stir at speed 13 at 95°C for 600 seconds. Finally, stir at speed 8 for 20 seconds at 20°C.
Add 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 6 g Ginger (peeled), 1 piece Onion (cutTwo), and 2 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. There will be some charring at the bottom, it's normal with milk based ingredients.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for a further 10 seconds before signaling completion. The Sunny's Paneer Kali Mirch is ready. Serve hot with Naan or Chapati.
