Ingredients

  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp refined oil (none)
  • 130 g onion (cut into quarters)
  • 0.5 piece capsicum (cut into pieces)
  • 200 g paneer (cubed)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (none)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (none)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp chilli vinegar (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp corn flour (none)
  • 1 stem spring onion green (finely chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add peeled garlic and ginger to The Upliance jar. The device will first chop these aromatics automatically.

The device will cut and sauté vegetables

Add oil, onions, and capsicum to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables and then sauté the base on medium heat for 5 minutes until crunchy.

Add paneer and sauces

Add paneer cubes, corn flour, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the stir fry on medium heat for 12 minutes using automatic stirring to coat the paneer.
