Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 0.25 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 15 g Butter
  • 100 g Cream
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add the onion, garlic, green chilli, and olive oil into The Upliance jar using the built-in scale to measure accurately.

The device will chop and sauté

The Upliance will automatically chop the ingredients and sauté them on low heat for approximately 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add mushrooms and cook base

Add mushrooms to the jar. The device will chop and sauté them on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add cream, water, butter, flour, and spices. The device will cook the soup on medium heat for 10 minutes.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle finishes, the soup is ready. Pour into a bowl, garnish with dried parsley, and serve hot.
