Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 piece Clove
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 130 g Onion (cut in two)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 130 g Tomato
  • 20 g Besan Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 60 g Water
  • 200 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 20 g Butter (softened)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add refined oil, cinnamon stick, clove, garlic cloves, onions, and green chili to The Upliance jar.

The device will chop the vegetables and sauté on low heat. Then, add tomatoes, besan, spices, and water. The device will cook the gravy on high heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add Paneer and Simmer

Add paneer cubes and butter to the jar. The Upliance will simmer the dish on low heat for 7 minutes, stirring gently to coat the paneer without breaking it.

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Naan or Rice.
