Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 40 g Tofu (cut)
  • 4 stems Celery (cut)
  • 50 ml Coconut Milk
  • 30 g Carrot (cut)
  • 0.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 40 g Broccoli (cut in cubes)
  • 0.25 tbsp Khow Suey Paste
  • 200 g Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Tofu, Celery, and Coconut Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes until vegetables soften. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the curry

Add Carrot, Dark Soy Sauce, Tamarind Paste, Broccoli, and Khow Suey Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add water and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Khao Suey is ready in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve hot. Pair the curry with Noodles or Rice. Garnish with fried onions, crushed peanuts and red chili flakes for some extra flavour.
