Ingredients

  • 50 g Toor Dal (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 piece Onion (chopped)
  • 1 stem Drumstick (trimmed)
  • 1 piece White Radish (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Tomato (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 1.5 tsp Sambar Powder (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Tamarind Paste (none)
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Methi Seeds (none)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (removed)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing (none)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 600 ml Water

Add ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Onion, Drumstick, White Radish, Tomato, Turmeric, Sambar Powder, Tamarind Paste, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Methi Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, Hing to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
