Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in two)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 100 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 10 leaves Basil (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 26 g Butter
  • 450 ml Water
  • 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add peeled garlic, green chilli, onion, and olive oil to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

Chop and Sauté

The Upliance will chop the vegetables and then sauté the aromatics on low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Add corn and cook soup

Add sweet corn and basil to the jar. The device will sauté for 6 minutes. Add corn flour, butter, salt, pepper, and water. The Upliance will cook the soup on low heat for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Italian Sweet Corn Soup is ready. Serve hot garnished with extra basil and toasted bread seasoned with butter and chilli flakes.
