Ingredients

  • 45 g Soya Chunks (soaked)
  • 400 g Water (hot)
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli (removed)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 Tomatoes (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Potato (diced)
  • 180 ml Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, jeera, dried red chillies, garlic, ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds until fragrant. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook aromatics and tomatoes

Add tomatoes, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, garam masala, amchur powder and salt to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 10 minutes. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically blend the mixture.

Add soya and potatoes, repeat cooking process

Add soaked soya chunks, potatoes and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 10 minutes, then simmer for an additional 40 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping. Add Kasoori Methi in the last 2 minutes.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pav, naan or paratha.
