Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 28 g Butter (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (none)
  • 100 ml Water (none)
  • 270 g French Beans (trimmed and cut)
  • 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes (none)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add the green chilli and peeled garlic cloves into The Upliance jar to begin the preparation.

The device will chop and sauté

The device will chop the ingredients for 10 seconds. Add the butter to the jar, and The Upliance will sauté the mixture on medium heat for 30 seconds.

Add beans and cook

Add the French beans, water, salt, and black pepper. The device will cook everything on medium heat for approximately 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with chilli flakes. Your Buttery Garlic Beans are now ready to be served with roti or rice.
