Ingredients

  • 150 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 5 g Salt
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 pieces Onion (cut into four)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (sliced)
  • 3.5 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add refined oil, garlic, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 5 minutes at 120°C with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add mushrooms, peanut butter, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C using the TAT heating mode and let Upliance simmer for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, stir for another 10 minutes at 20°C using CLASSIC mode.
