Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 stems Parsley (washed and trimmed)
  • 0.75 piece Red Bell Pepper (deseeded)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 400 g Water
  • 50 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 160 g Pasta - Fusilli
  • 280 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 1.5 tbsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions

Chop aromatics and vegetables

Add green chilli, parsley, and red bell pepper to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables to the perfect size in approximately 18 seconds.

Sauté the aromatics

Add olive oil to the jar. The device will now cook the aromatics on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring until fragrant.

Cook the pasta and sauce

Add water, sweet corn, pasta, milk, cream, and spices (salt, pepper, oregano, corn flour). The device will cook the pasta on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, automatically stirring to create a creamy sauce.

Serve and Garnish

The dish is ready. Pour the creamy white sauce pasta into a bowl and garnish with chilli flakes before serving hot.
