Add 350g peeled potatoes, 700ml water, and 2 cloves of garlic to The Upliance jar. Separately, for the butter sauce base, add 10g packet milk, 0.25 tsp black pepper, 2 stems minced coriander leaves, and 1 tsp dried parsley to a separate pan for manual sautéing.
The Upliance will now boil the potatoes at low heat for 25 minutes. During this process, The Upliance will also quickly cut the garlic at a low speed for 7 seconds. Meanwhile, sauté the ingredients in the separate pan externally until the packet milk (or butter, if using) starts bubbling on a low flame.
Strain the boiled potatoes externally. Add the strained potatoes (70g), 50g butter, 30g packet milk, 2 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp rosemary, and 0.25 tsp sugar to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then mash the potatoes at a low speed for 60 seconds, combining all ingredients into a creamy texture.
Your mashed potato with butter sauce is ready! Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with the externally prepared sauce, and serve warm.
