Ingredients

  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in two)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 200 g Moong Dal Sprouts (washed)
  • 100 g Potato (cubed)
  • 3 tsp Goda Masala
  • 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 400 ml Water
  • 20 g Butter
  • 10 g Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 15 g Namkeen Mixture
  • 2 pieces Pav (roasted)

Instructions

Prepare aromatics

Add ginger, onion, and green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will chop ingredients at Speed 6, then automatically sauté them at 95°C for 3 minutes.

Temper the spices

Add refined oil, mustard seeds, jeera, and hing to the jar. The device will now cook the tempering at 100°C for 1 minute to release the flavors.

Cook the Misal

Add sprouts, potatoes, Goda masala, chili powder, salt, and water. The Upliance 2.0 will simmer the curry at 95°C for approximately 35 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Mix in butter, garnish with fresh coriander and namkeen mixture, and serve hot with roasted Pav.
