Ingredients

  • 200 g Broccoli (cut)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (powder)
  • 5 g Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning (powder)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 200g cut broccoli, 700ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now boil the broccoli to remove debris and germs.

The device will now sauté garlic and spices

Add 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil, 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (powder), 5 g Garlic (peeled), 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning (powder) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now sauté the garlic and spices.

Add broccoli and sauté

Add the boiled broccoli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring at speed 14. The device will now sauté the broccoli with the garlic and spices.

The dish is ready

Garnish with remaining 10 cloves of peeled garlic and 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes (powder). The Garlicky Broccoli Sauté is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
