Add 200g chopped Pineapple, 200g chopped Banana, and 180g Water to The Upliance jar. Ensure the ingredients are within the marked fill lines.
The Upliance will now boil the mixture on low heat for 11 minutes with automatic stirring. After this, add 20 Cashews, 1 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 4 tsp Sugar, and 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste to the jar. The device will continue cooking on low heat with automatic stirring for 15 minutes to form the pachadi base, ensuring all flavors meld.
Add 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds, 10 washed Curry Leaves, 2 Dried Red Chilli (stem removed), and 20g Grated Coconut to The Upliance jar. Select a medium heat sauté mode and let The Upliance temper these spices for 3-5 minutes with automatic stirring until fragrant. This will be added to the cooked pachadi.
The Upliance has now completed all cooking steps. Carefully pour out the pachadi from the jar into a serving bowl. Stir in the tempered spices evenly. Your Pineapple Pachadi is ready to be served warm with rice and sambhar.
