  • 1 Baby Corn (cut into pieces)
  • 1 Zucchini (cut into pieces)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (cut into pieces)
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 0.5 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 20 g Butter
  • 150 g Button Mushroom (halved)
  • 0.75 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Red Chilli (powder)
  • 80 g Salt
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add Aromatics to Jar

Add garlic, onion, and dried red chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut at speed 7 for 10 seconds.

Cook Vegetables

Add button mushrooms, baby corn, zucchini, and red bell pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 600 seconds at speed 13 and then at 100°C for 900 seconds at speed 14 with automatic stirring.

Add Oil and Butter

Add refined oil and butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 300 seconds at speed 14 with automatic stirring.

Garnish the vegetables with minced coriander leaves. The Salt and Pepper Vegetables dish is now ready to be served.
