Ingredients

  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)

  • 2 piece Onion (cut into four)
  • 200 g Kimchi
  • 200 g Pork Belly (cut in cubes)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 7 stems Spring Onion Green (fine chopped)
  • 100 g Tofu (cut in cubes)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 380 ml Water

Prepare aromatics

Add garlic, ginger, and onion to The Upliance jar. The device will now chop the aromatics automatically for 10 seconds.

Sauté pork and kimchi

Add pork belly, kimchi, and refined oil to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 6 minutes with automatic stirring to release flavors.

Simmer the stew

Add water, tofu, spring onions, soy sauce, honey, and spices. The Upliance will cook the stew on low heat for approximately 15 minutes, stirring gently to ensure even cooking.

The dish is ready. Pour the hot stew into a bowl and garnish with reserved fresh spring onions before serving.
