Add 0.75 tbsp Refined Oil, 8 washed Curry Leaves, 0.25 tsp Jeera, 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds, and 20 g Roasted Peanuts to The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will first sauté the added spices at medium heat for approximately 2 minutes. After this, add 130 g Onion (cut into two halves) and 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed) to the jar. The Upliance will then automatically chop the aromatics for about 10 seconds, and then sauté them at low heat for approximately 9 minutes, with automatic stirring until translucent.
Next, add 30 g Peeled and cut Carrot, 50 g Cabbage (cut into 3 pieces), and 20 g Capsicum (cut into four pieces) to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the vegetables for about 8 seconds, then add 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala, and 0.75 tsp Salt. The Upliance will then cook this mixture at low heat for approximately 10 minutes, with automatic stirring until the vegetables are tender.
Finally, add 350 g Pre Steamed Rice and 20 g Grated Coconut to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will gently combine and heat the mixture at low heat for approximately 17-18 minutes, ensuring everything is well integrated and heated through with automatic stirring. The dish is now ready. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
