    Ingredients

    • 0.75 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 8 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 0.25 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 20 g Roasted Peanuts
    • 130 g Onion (roughly chopped)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 30 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
    • 50 g Cabbage (roughly cut)
    • 20 g Capsicum (quartered)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 350 g Pre Steamed Rice
    • 20 g Grated Coconut

    Instructions

    Temper the spices

    Add refined oil, curry leaves, jeera, mustard seeds, and roasted peanuts to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 2 minutes to release aromas.

    Process aromatics

    Add roughly chopped onions and green chilli to the jar. The device will automatically chop the ingredients and then sauté them on low heat for 8 minutes with continuous stirring.

    Cook vegetables and spices

    Add carrots, cabbage, capsicum, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. The device will chop the vegetables and cook the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes until tender.

    Mix rice and serve

    Add the pre-steamed rice and grated coconut to the jar. The device will gently mix and heat the dish on medium heat for 17 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
