Marinate the chicken in a bowl. Add ghee, whole spices, sesame seeds, and grated coconut to The Upliance jar.
The device will sauté the spices on medium heat. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and coriander stems. The device will automatically chop and cook the aromatics.
Add the marinated chicken and 40ml water to the jar. The device will slow cook the curry on low heat for approximately 40 minutes with automatic stirring.
