Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken (Biryani Cut)
  • 2.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 pieces Green Cardamom
  • 2 pieces Black Cardamom
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 pieces Clove
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 10 g Grated Coconut
  • 2 pieces Onion (cut in four)
  • 1 piece Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 40 g Curd
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)

Instructions

Sauté Spices

Marinate the chicken in a bowl. Add ghee, whole spices, sesame seeds, and grated coconut to The Upliance jar.

Process Aromatics

The device will sauté the spices on medium heat. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and coriander stems. The device will automatically chop and cook the aromatics.

Cook the Gravy

Add the marinated chicken and 40ml water to the jar. The device will slow cook the curry on low heat for approximately 40 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti or Naan.
