Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts (crushed)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 200 g Bottle Gourd (thinly sliced)
  • 0.75 tsp Dried Red Chilli (seeds removed)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add the refined oil, onion, mustard seeds, turmeric, roasted peanuts, jeera, curry leaves, and red chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut/cook ingredients

Select the "Sauté" mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will automatically stir and temper the spices.

Add Bottle Gourd and cook

Add the thinly sliced bottle gourd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Simmer" mode. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then switch to "Rice Cooker" mode at 100°C for 5 minutes.

The dish is ready
