Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 150 g Thick Curd
  • 15 g Besan Flour
  • 450 ml Water
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add peeled ginger, green chilli, and coriander stems to The Upliance jar for chopping.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will chop the aromatics. Add ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, dried red chilli, and curry leaves. The Upliance will sauté the spices on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add liquids and cook

Add thick curd, besan flour, water, salt, and sugar. The Upliance will whisk the mixture and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes with automatic stirring to prevent curdling.

The Gujarati Kadhi is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed basmati rice.
