Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 30 g Cream
  • 20 g Curd
  • 140 g Basmati Rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour)
  • 330 g Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 2 pieces Onion (quartered)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 100 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • Spices: Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Salt, Turmeric, Cardamom Powder (as per taste)

Instructions

Add spices to jar

Marinate the paneer in a bowl with spices, cream, and curd. Add oil, ghee, cinnamon, dried red chilli, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté on medium heat for 30 seconds.

The device will now cut and cook aromatics

Add quartered onions, green chilli, garlic, and coriander stems to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the ingredients and then sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the marinated paneer and mint leaves, allowing the device to cook on low heat for 8 minutes.

Repeat the process for rice

Add the soaked and drained rice, salt, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture using a specific heating profile on low heat for approximately 27 minutes to ensure the rice is perfectly cooked.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle ends, let the rice sit in The Upliance jar for 5 minutes to fluff up. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
