Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds, 10 Curry Leaves, 0.25 tsp Hing, and 20g Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance jar. The device will then sauté these ingredients for 1.5 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring to temper the spices.
Add 130g Onion (cut into four pieces), 1 Green Chilli (stalk removed), and 5g Peeled Ginger to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop these for 10 seconds on low heat. Then, it will sauté the mixture for 8 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring until onions are translucent. During this process, add 60g Carrot (peeled and cut) which will be chopped for 10 seconds on low heat and then cooked for 3 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.
Add 30g Washed Frozen Peas, 120g Roasted Vermicelli, 360ml Water, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tbsp Squeezed Lemon Juice to The Upliance jar. The device will mix for 10 seconds on low heat and then cook the Vermicelli Upma for 14 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring until the vermicelli is tender and the water is absorbed.
Once cooked, The Upliance will signal that your Vermicelli Upma is ready. Transfer the Upma to a serving bowl. Garnish with 4 stems Fresh Coriander Leaves, an additional 10g Roasted Salted Peanuts (if desired for garnish, separate from initial 20g), and 15g Grated Coconut for a flavorful finish.
