Ingredients

  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Green Cardamom (crushed)
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
  • 5 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 8 g Grated Coconut
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilli (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 g Ginger (minced)
  • 250 g Frozen Mix Vegetables
  • 100 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 5 g Powdered Kolhapuri Masala
  • 1.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add spices and aromatics to jar

Add all spices and aromatics to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select roast mode at 100°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now grind the spices

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically transfer the roasted spices to the integrated grinder. The device will grind the spices for 30 seconds. Then, it will transfer the ground spices back to the jar.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add the remaining ingredients (vegetables, paneer, tomatoes, oil, and salt) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Kolhapuri' preset which cooks at 95°C for 16 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Serve hot with pav, naan, or parathas.
