Ingredients

  • 250 g Bottle Gourd (peeled and washed)
  • 50 g Ghee
  • 300 g TetraPak Milk
  • 2 tbsp Khowa
  • 8 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 pcs Cashews

Add bottle gourd to jar

Add peeled and washed bottle gourd to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the gourd to the perfect size for the kheer.

The device will now sauté the bottle gourd

The Upliance will sauté the chopped gourd on low heat for approximately 7 minutes with automatic stirring until it becomes tender.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add ghee, milk, khoya, sugar, cardamom, and nuts to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 45 minutes, utilizing automatic stirring to prevent the milk from burning.

The dish is ready

Your Lauki Kheer is ready. Pour it into a bowl, garnish with extra dry fruits, and serve warm or chilled.
