Lauki Ki Kheer is a simple dessert made using bottle gourd and milk. It can be had for Vrat or Indian fasting days as well
Wash, peel, and roughly cut 250g of lauki (bottle gourd) manually. Add the pre-cut lauki to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then precisely chop the bottle gourd in less than a minute.
Add 2 tbsp ghee to The Upliance jar with the chopped bottle gourd. The Upliance will now sauté the bottle gourd on low heat for 7 minutes, with automatic stirring, until lightly cooked.
Add 50g khowa, 300g milk, 8 tsp sugar, 1 tsp green cardamom powder, 10g chopped cashews, and 10g almonds to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will now cook the kheer on low heat for 45 minutes, with continuous automatic stirring, until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
The delicious Lauki Kheer is ready. Serve warm or chilled, and garnish with additional dry fruits like cashews and almonds if desired.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
