Add onion, green chillies, ginger, and garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics.
Add refined oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté for 2 minutes. Add soaked masoor dal and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir well.
Add water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer the dal for 35 minutes with automatic stirring. Repeat the above process if necessary.
Once cooked, stir in minced coriander leaves and ghee. The dish is ready. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
