Ingredients

  • 20 g Almonds
  • 10 g Cashews
  • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 50 g Soaked Rice Ada
  • 150 g Rice Ada
  • 500 g TetraPak Milk
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add almonds, cashews, and ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 120 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the rice

Add soaked rice ada, rice ada, milk, sugar, and sweet condensed milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 90°C for 600 seconds using automatic stirring, followed by 3 seconds at 20°C. The device will maintain a temperature of 90°C for a total of 4200 seconds.

Reduce the milk

The device will now reduce the milk at 95°C for 1200 seconds, then 20°C for 10 seconds, then at 95°C for 900 seconds and finally 20°C for 10 seconds using automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Palada Pradhaman is ready. Garnish with roasted dry fruits as desired and serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
