Ingredients

  • 100 g Suji (Dry roasted)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 Green Chilli (Slit)
  • 130 g Onion (Peeled and halved)
  • 3 g Ginger (Peeled)
  • 15 Cashews
  • 40 g Frozen Peas (Washed)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Add spices to jar

Add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.

The device will now chop and sauté

Add onions, ginger, and cashews. The device will automatically chop the vegetables and then sauté the mixture on medium heat for 7 minutes until golden.

Add water and suji

Add water, peas, salt, and sugar. The device will boil the water on medium heat for 5 minutes. Once boiling, carefully add the roasted suji to the jar.

The dish is ready

The device will cook and stir the mixture on medium heat for 14 minutes to ensure a lump-free texture. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
